From January to August, the output of rubber tires in China was 62.201 million, an increase of 6.9% year-on-year. Experts said that China's tire industry has entered the "micro-growth" period.

Experts predict that “micro-growth” will lead to three problems in the tire industry: First, the structural overcapacity problems highlighted, especially the structural excess of ordinary tires, disorderly expansion of production capacity, resulting in waste of resources, affecting industrial restructuring, resulting in a vicious Competition; Second, business costs continue to rise, transportation, environmental protection, labor, water and electricity and other costs continue to increase; Third, leading to increased natural rubber price fluctuations, causing difficulties to the business.

Some analysts believe that in 2013, domestic and foreign market demand has expanded slightly, and “micro-growth” may become medium-low growth, but in recent years, the market downturn cannot be completely changed. However, in the long run, China’s automobile production and sales volume ranks first in the world for four consecutive years, and the per capita car ownership is less than half of the world’s average, and the potential for car consumption is greater.

"Micro-growth" forced the tire industry to upgrade. The production of green tires, relying on technological innovation to achieve high-end development is the only way for the tire industry to go through the bottom, specifically to eliminate backward production capacity and achieve high-end products; Second, to achieve high-end equipment, the introduction of industrial robot technology, promote tire production automation, intelligent Development; Third, we must achieve high-end market, and expand services around products.

Promoting the industrialization of green tires can cope with the implementation of the EU Tire Labeling Act and promote the overall transformation and upgrading of the tire industry in China.

According to calculations, all truck tires in China are replaced with tubeless tires, which can save 1.4 billion liters of fuel per year, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 3.1 million tons, and save 120,000 tons of raw rubber. China will formulate "green tire industry self-discipline" and establish a green tire technical support center to form a complete set of green tire production technology and standardized production model, and establish a tire grading system.
