Belt dryer machine main USES:
It is used for drying all kinds of vegetables, nuts, fruits, herbs, fungi, wild vegetables, seafood and agricultural products.After drying the materials are more conducive to storage.
Drying machine equipment features:
1. Continuous operation, easy operation, saving manpower and production capacity;
2. The contact area of materials and hot air is large, which can be self-operated in the drying process, which is conducive to dry uniformity and increase drying speed.
3. The conveyor belt is controlled by the stepless variable speed device, and the operating time can be adjusted;
4.In the same dry room, the materials are continuously dried and the rear is equipped with a closed wind device to avoid the material pollution and meet the sanitary requirements. The cooling device is returned in the later stage, and the materials are cooled rapidly after drying.
5. The heat source can be used in coal, electricity, natural gas, heat conduction oil and so on.
Working principle:
This machine USES hot air as the drying medium and wet materials to contact with each other, so that the moisture content in the wet materials is diffused, vaporization and evaporation remove moisture from the material, so as to achieve the dry purpose.
