A Chemical Injection Package/skid is a device or equipment used along with pumping systems to inject chemical(s) into the stream at precise flow rates and preset pressures. The equipment consists of pumps, filters, gauges, dampeners, piping, and other flow rates indicators. The material used for constructing a chemical injection package depends on the chemical that is being used. it consists of the dosing pump, dosing tank, control system, pipe, valve and etc... it assembles all equipment and component in one tray, thus lead to dissolve, proportion and metering dosing integration.
