The first is UHV DC transmission technology. According to the plan of State Grid Corporation of China, seven HVDC lines will be completed by 2015 and up to 27 UHV DC projects will be completed by 2020. The second is flexible DC transmission technology. It is reported that the State Grid Corporation of Dalian will build flexible cross-strait HVDC demonstration project and flexible multi-terminal DC Zhoushan demonstration project. The former aims to improve the reliability of power supply in southern Dalian, with a transmission capacity of 1,000 MW and a voltage of ± 320 kV, and will use 67.2 km of cable, 54 km of which and 13.2 km of land-line; the latter mainly in order to address offshore wind power and other needs, in Zhoushan Island, Daishan Island, Qushan Island, the capital island of Keys and Yangshan sea flexible 5-terminal DC transmission and electrical drive power of 1000 MW project delivery, voltage of ± 200 KV, will use about 140 km of cable, of which 129 km submarine cable, land line 11 km, is scheduled to put into operation in June this year.
The third is a new generation of smart substation technology. At present, the State Grid Corporation has adopted four new generation intelligent substation solutions: 220 kV AIS station, 220 kV GIS station, 110 kV AIS station and 110 kV GIS station. According to its planning, this year will be completed two 220 kV substations, including Beijing Science and Technology City GIS station, Chongqing AIS station; 110 kV substation 4, including Beijing Science and Technology City, Tianjin, Shanghai GIS Station and Wuhan Science and Technology City AIS Station . In the next two years, SGCC will popularize the technology on a large scale and plan to build 50 new-generation 220 kV and 110 kV smart substations and complete the construction of 500 kV and 330 kV demonstration stations.
It is reported that 220 kV AIS station compared with the previous intelligent substation can reduce the footprint of about 40%, mainly because of its much simplified isolation switch, such as 220 kV side with integrated intelligent circuit breaker , cancel Station outlet side of the isolation switch; 110 kV side by the double bus to optimize the single bus segment, the use of integrated intelligent circuit breaker, cancel the station outlet, bus side isolation switch. Visible, with the increase of such substation construction, integrated intelligent circuit breaker will surely become a new hot market.
The fourth is the standard distribution of intelligent substation technology. The purpose of this technology is to integrate the application of new technologies to improve the efficiency of smart substation construction. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to realize standardization of substation firstly, that is, adopt universal design, common equipment, standardized connection of primary and secondary equipment and be plug and play; secondly, factory processing is required, all secondary equipment adopt prefabricated cabin combination, a secondary device to achieve scale factory production, integrated debugging, building structure using preset; third is fabricated building, that building site assembly, equipment foundation uniform size and construction techniques, the use of machinery of construction.
In the first stage, SGCC hopes to build 5 distribution intelligent substations in the first half of this year to realize the assembly-type distribution room and main control communication room, minimize the on-site construction, standardize the basic equipment, prefabricated secondary equipment and standardization Prefabricated optical cable; the second phase, plans to build 25 stations, assembly-type GIS distribution building, production complex, plug and play secondary equipment, substation control standardization, modular. This trend indicates the direction for the R & D improvement of related products.
The fifth is intelligent AC transmission line. The line with advanced materials, flexible control and information and communication as the support, the integrated application of state detection, safety early warning, dynamic compatibilization and other technologies, with safety and reliability, information fusion, flexible and efficient, energy saving and environmental protection features, will use UAV patrol line, Helicopter patrol line, dynamic capacity modules, monitoring devices, new composite poles, energy-saving wire, ice melting devices, etc., to bring market opportunities for related products. State Grid Corporation is planning to carry out this work.
