The test bed section of the Daxi Passenger Specialized Road Passed Acceptance

The trial section of the ballastless track slab bed for the construction of the China Railway Construction Corporation, the 15th Bureau of the 15th Group of the China Railway Group, and the Daxi Project Department of the China Railway Group passed the acceptance inspection by the owners on May 10th. At this point, the construction of the ballastless track of the 15th Bureau of the 15th Bureau of the China West Railway University has the conditions for full speed advancement.

The construction of ballastless track is the most critical link in the construction of the entire passenger dedicated line project, and the quality of the project directly affects the stability and safety of the passenger car. The construction process is complicated and the technical requirements are high, especially the precision requirements are extremely high. Allowable errors are in millimeters and construction is extremely difficult.

The Datong-Xi'an Railway Passenger Dedicated Line adopts the CRTS-I type double-block ballastless track structure. The track bed plate is cast in place using the rail racking method. The support of the formwork, the assembly of the rails, the binding of the steel bars, and the fineness of the rails are used. The requirements for adjustment, resistance testing, pouring of concrete, maintenance of finished products, etc. are all very high and construction is more difficult.

In order to do a good job in the construction of the ballastless bed track test section of the ballastless track, and realize the quality management concept of “first test, first approval, and model lead”, the 15th Bureau of the 15th Bureau of the China Railway Development Co., Ltd. Daxi Project Department took a leadership stance, trained all staff, and continuously Various measures such as the optimization of the construction plan are used to control the construction.

The successful acceptance of the ballastless track slab test section provided valuable experience for the large-area construction of the track slab, and also created the conditions for full-speed advancement of the entire ballastless track construction.

The Datong-Xi'an passenger-dedicated line runs north from Shanxi Datong, passes through nine cities in two provinces, and reaches Xi’an in Shaanxi, with a total length of 859 kilometers. The designed speed is 250 kilometers per hour, and the estimated total project investment is 96.33 billion yuan. The 15th Bureau of the China Railways Daxi International Passenger Co., Ltd. constructed the pre-war construction section 5, and the line traverses the 3 counties (cities) of Pingyao, Jiexiu and Lingshi in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, 9 townships, 36 natural villages, and the total length of the line is 49.582 kilometers. The ballastless track was constructed by the Daxi Project Department of the 15th Bureau of the China Railway 15th Bureau and the Daxi Project Department of the 6th Company of the 15th Bureau of China Railways.
