Why is the gas leak alarm installed in the hazardous chemicals warehouse workshop?

Everyone knows that if a dangerous chemical warehouse is very dangerous, how can we prevent it in daily work? How to install a flammable and explosive gas leak alarm in a hazardous chemicals workshop or warehouse? First, we will briefly introduce the structure of the hazardous chemicals warehouse and the installation regulations for the supporting facilities in the warehouse:

1. Dangerous chemicals warehouse

1.1. An independent warehouse of dangerous chemicals shall be set up with a fire resistance rating not lower than Grade 2 (the building is a mixed structure composed of steel structure roof trusses, reinforced concrete columns or brick walls);

1.2, in line with other building spacing in line with the "Code for Fire Protection of Building Design" GB50016-2006 (30 meters);

1.3. When the fire prevention distance between warehouse and non-A and B fire hazard categories does not meet the requirements of GB50016-2006, a firewall (brick wall) may be used for partitioning; the storage of hazardous chemicals in the warehouse with firewall partition shall comply with the following provisions: The effective area outside the channel, stacking distance, stacking and wall column spacing shall not exceed 0.5 tons per square meter, and the total storage shall not exceed 5 tons. (The total amount cannot exceed 5 tons);

1.4. Install an explosion-proof axial fan in the warehouse according to the regulations. The installation height of the fan should not exceed 0.6m from the ground;

1.5. All electrical facilities in the warehouse are all explosion-proof, and the electrical lines are protected by galvanizing;

1.6. Install a fixed flammable gas alarm device in the warehouse. The effective protection radius of the alarm probe does not exceed 7.5m, the height from the ground is 0.25-0.6m, and the alarm concentration does not exceed 25% of the lower limit of flammable liquid explosion;

1.7. Set the temperature and humidity meter in the warehouse;

1.8. The warehouse shall be equipped with fire extinguishers and fire-fighting sands as required. The portable fire extinguishers shall be equipped with no less than 2 points per point, the maximum protection distance shall not exceed 9m, and the maximum protection distance of the trolley-type fire extinguishers shall not exceed 18m;

1.9. The doorway of the warehouse shall be provided with a threshold or cofferdam for preventing liquid from escaping (cut with bricks, height 10 cm);

1.10. Set up the human body static elimination facility (static pile) at the warehouse door;

1.11. Set the safety know-how card (paint and thinner) and safety warning signs of the stored dangerous chemicals at the warehouse door;

1.12. The warehouse shall be equipped with not less than 2 anti-virus masks as required.

2. Intermediate warehouse of dangerous chemicals

2.1, the intermediate warehouse should be separated from other places by a firewall (brick wall);

2.2. The door of the intermediate warehouse adopts externally opened and normally closed fire doors;

2.3. The paint and thinner stored in the intermediate warehouse shall not exceed one day and night (3 shifts) (the drum thinner shall not exceed 200L);

2.4, the warehouse should be equipped with an explosion-proof mechanical exhaust device, the fan installation height should not exceed 0.6m from the ground;

2.5, lighting, electrical switches should be explosion-proof, electrical lines using galvanized casing;

2.6. Set up a facility to prevent liquid flow (the threshold is brick cut, height 10 cm).
