Drug addiction gambling owes 200 million to false tax fraud

(Wuhan City) Caidian District Tax Officer Huang had fraudulently defrauded more than RMB 1.7 million to some individual owners. After the incident, he fled to Myanmar. Caidian police has been chasing the border with China and Burma. After investigating with the help of the Yunnan police, they finally caught Huang. Yesterday was informed that Hwang was transferred by the police to the Caidian District Procuratorate for prosecution.
Beginning in April this year, several contractors who worked on the new farmer’s project took the tax bill clearing, and the contracted party found out that it was a false tax invoice. These taxes were paid by middleman Yuan Mou to Caidian tax cadre Huang. They found Caidian local taxation department and were told that Huang had been expelled in February this year and did not know his whereabouts.
Hwang, 48, was originally a tax cadre in Suohe Town, Caidian. In January last year, he announced that he could open tax tickets at a point lower than the national tax rate. Many contractors opened a tax ticket through the middleman Yuan Mou. Afterwards, it was ascertained that by September of that year, Hwang had issued 25 false tax invoices and defrauded RMB 1.7 million.
The contractors immediately alerted the police to Caidian. The police investigation revealed that after Hwang disappeared, he had asked the debtor by phone for money and provided a bank account number. Further tracking, found that this account is in Xishuangbanna, Jinghong City, Yunnan Construction Bank, Hwang withdrawal records are in Jinghong City, Caidian police initially confirmed that Huang fled to Jinghong.
On May 27 of this year, the two criminal policemen of Caidian arrived at Jinghai County and learned that Hwang had already infiltrated into Myanmar. Due to his inability to leave the country, Caidian Police commissioned the Bohai Police to cross-border investigations. At noon on May 31, the Menghai County Criminal Investigation Brigade, who entered Myanmar with the help of the Myanmar police, captured Hwang, who was staying at a local hotel. On June 1st, at the border crossing at the China-Myanmar border, the Myanmar police handed over Hwang to the Teddy police. Wang Bo, a civilian police officer of the Criminal Investigation Brigade of Caidian Public Security Bureau, recalled that Huang was surprised when he saw him: “You have chased it so far and I plead guilty.â€
On June 3rd, Caidian police sent Huang back to Wuhan via Jing Hong and Kunming.
The preliminary investigation revealed that Hwang owed nearly 2 million yuan of debt on the outside because of drug use and gambling. Today, his house sells debts and his wife and children rent out.
