2061 sets of large-scale scientific instruments in Qingdao share

The reporter learned from the Provincial Department of Science and Technology that after one year implementation of the Qingdao Municipality's sharing of management measures for large scientific instruments, the city's 2011 large-scale instrument sharing service platform provided 1,193 large-scale instrument sharing and collaboration services to 217 user units. Over 70% of corporate users have accumulatively distributed 1.1 million yuan of shared testing subsidies. According to reports, after the measures were introduced, the Qingdao Municipal Government formed a service platform expert committee and set up special funds.

The networked service platform is devoted to solve the problem that the ownership of large scientific instruments has different affiliations and it is difficult to universally share resources. At present, the large-scale scientific instruments that have entered the network have reached 2,061 sets (sets), with an original value of more than RMB 1.51 billion, ranking among the top cities in the country. The platform also recruited 137 high-level analytical and testing experts and established an expert committee of instrument platforms consisting of 27 experts.
