Fermenters are also called CCT's (Cylindrical Conical Tanks),FV's (Fermentation Vessel), primary fermentor or unitanks.as they are used both for fermenting and maturation.
Fermenting is the process during which the yeast transforms the wort into beer.Â
Maturation takes place after fermenting and is the time given to the beer to stabilize and age after fermenting.Fermenters can be individually temperature controlled through glycol jackets .The design of fermenters is based on our vast beer knowledgeand especially the conical fermenter bottom.We combine fermentation and maturation in the same vessel s very important.When calculating your fermenting and storage capacity and configuration sufficient time for fermenting and storage to produce quality beers must be taken into consideration.

1. 60 or 72 degree cone bottom to drip the yeast.
2. 3-sections cooling jackets. There are two sections on the cylinder and one section onÂ
the conical bottom.
3.Thd cooling medium is glycol.
4. inner thickness is 3.0mm,the outer thickness is 2.0mm,the external jacket is 1.5mm.
5.The jacket design pressure is 0.3mpa,the working pressure is 0.12-0.15mpa

A bicycle bell is a percussive signaling instrument mounted on a bicycle for warning pedestrians and other cyclists. The bell is a required piece of equipment in some jurisdictions. They are usually mounted on the handlebars and thumb activated. The bicycle bell was invented by John Richard Dedicoat,[citation needed] and patents for bicycle bells appear as early as 1877.[5] The most common bells are actuated by a thumb-operated lever that is geared to rapidly rotate two loosely slung metal discs inside the bell housing. Said discs repeatedly rattle and strike the bell to produce a sound not unlike that of an electric bell. Simpler types also exist, with a spring-mounted external clapper that produces a "ding-ding" sound when the clapper is pulled with a finger and released.
