In the new generation of ZOHe (Bosch Zero Offset Design Plus), Bosch's engineering team further improved the rigidity of the caliper and the guidance system of the friction lining and brake caliper body. The new product has two advantages: First, it can maintain a small free play, and the pedal feel is improved; second, the brake residual torque is reduced, which reduces the running resistance and wear of the friction plates. If cast iron jaws are used, ZOHe weighs 5% less than existing products; if cast aluminum is used, ZOHe's weight can be further reduced by 7%.
