The young employees of this line also set up a project team to work hard to solve the problem that the Russian turbocharger inlet pipe cannot be tightened. The young employees designed the installation process for the tooling and reduced the production cycle of this type of engine from 5 minutes each to 2.5 minutes for normal beats. The Crankshaft Rolling Press Improvement Project proposed by the young employees reduced the crankshaft dispensing cycle time from 140 seconds per station to 110 seconds per station, significantly improving production efficiency.
