"Eight-Bogey" for Diesel Farm Vehicles

One avoids placing the throttle at the maximum fuel supply position. When some agricultural operators start the locomotive, they are used to placing the throttle at the maximum fuel supply position. This causes the fuel injected into the cylinder to be too much and the mixture to be too rich to start. The scientific positioning of the throttle is: When the temperature is above 15°C, it is slightly higher than the idle speed; when the temperature is below 15°C, the crankshaft should be idled for several revolutions, and when it is easy to feel it, start with a small throttle again. In addition, do not avoid the throttle, so as not to fluctuate due to the speed, fuel and air mixed unevenly, so that parts such as cylinders produce carbon, or resulting in connecting rod bending, crankshaft fracture and other unexpected failures.

Second bogey cooling water temperature is too high or too low. The optimal cooling water temperature range should be maintained at 80~90°C. Cooling water temperature is too high or too low will accelerate the wear of the cylinder piston group parts, the temperature is too high, so that the piston coke increases, the viscosity of the oil decreases, lubrication conditions become worse, which intensifies the wear of the gas piston group parts. In addition, when the locomotive starts at a low temperature, it should do warm-up work before cold start.

Three bogey do not regularly maintain the filter. Agricultural machinery has poor working conditions. If the filter has poor filtering effect, a large amount of dust will enter the cylinder and the cleanliness of the fuel will be reduced, which will increase the wear of the main engine parts.

4 bogey is not timely replacement of oil. The oil should be selected with the appropriate viscosity and quality grade, and it should be replaced as the seasons alternate. Oils are interchangeable at the same viscosity and quality level, but they cannot be mixed.

5 avoid replacement of oil does not clean the oil. There are many residual mechanical impurities in the lubricant, even if the lubricant is exhausted, impurities are still present in the oil pan and the oil circuit. In particular, new or overhauled locomotives have more impurities after commissioning. If they are put into use without being cleaned, it is very easy to cause accidents such as burning tiles and shafts.

6. Avoid tightening screws and bolts. Screws or bolts in important parts of the tractor transmission case, cylinder head, hub, connecting rods, and front axle, etc., are specified in the manual in the use of tools and tightening torques, as over tightening can cause screws and bolts to break or thread slipping. Wire caused failure. Ordinary screws or bolts, the tightening torque can be tightened by 4 times the tightening torque of the thread diameter.

Seven bogey when installing cylinder pad butter. Part of the butter is lost after high temperature, there is a gap between the cylinder pad, the cylinder head and the plane of the machine body. High temperature and high pressure gas is easy to generate here, impact, damage cylinder pad, causing leakage. In addition, the long-term high temperature of butter will cause carbon deposition, resulting in premature aging of the cylinder mat.

Eight bogey does not check the maintenance of the new car. The current safety performance of the locomotive is very reliable, so after the new car is bought, it will not be seriously checked and maintained except for the trial run. The inspection and maintenance are as follows: 1. Check the oil level in the oil filter in the tertiary air filter. 2. Check the tightening of the bolts in each part. 3. Check and adjust the injection pressure. 4. To change the oil in the oil pan, clean the oil pan and lubricant road.

Alloy Steel Flange

Alloy steel is a type of steel alloyed with several elements such as molybdenum, manganese, nickel, chromium, vanadium, silicon, and boron. These alloying elements are added to increase strength, hardness, wear resistance, and toughness.

Alloy steels may be classified into two groups: low alloy steel and high alloy steel.

Alloy steel flanges are flange made from alloy steel material, the materials are usually A182 F9, A182 F11, A182 F22, A350 LF6, A350 LF3.....
