According to the company's introduction, the number of engineering tires planned to be produced this year is 100,000, which is more than 50% higher than last year. The company is preparing to add molding machines and vulcanizing equipment.

The increase in demand is the driving force for the construction of radial tires. China's mining and coal industries have increased their investment in safety. Mine cars have traditionally relied on biased tires to favor engineering radial tires, which will increase China’s demand for radial tires.

In terms of exports, the economic recovery in North America, the mining recovery is more obvious, the formation of strong demand for engineering radial tires. According to the prediction of the American Construction Machinery Tire Industry Association, North American imports of large-spec engineering tires will exceed the record of the best historical year in 2007. The relationship between supply and demand in the iron ore market has reversed, and end-user attitudes have shaken the confidence of the engineering tire dealers, making their order purchases generally more prudent than before. As a result, engineering tire manufacturers have slowed the pace of investment in radial tires and restricted production. The investment in China's engineering radial tires has almost stopped in the past three years. In the first half of 2011, the inventory of engineering radial tires worldwide has dropped significantly.

The increase in the strength of domestic enterprises is the basis for the rise of engineering fire. China's engineering radial tire started in 2002 and its development speed is very fast. Now there are more than 20 radial tire manufacturers, including about 10 giant steel tire manufacturers. The current annual production capacity of engineering tires in China has reached more than 800,000, and the annual production capacity of radial tires in Shanghai Double Money, Shandong Triangle, and Shandong Xingyuan Project is around 150,000, which is one of the few in the world. The large and medium-sized engineering radial tires produced by these manufacturers have been widely purchased by Caterpillar and other construction machinery manufacturers, indicating that China's large and medium-sized engineering radial tires have reached the world's advanced level.

In terms of all-steel giant tires, research in recent years has greatly improved the quality and quality of homemade steel giant tires, and the average lifespan of single steel giant tires produced by Guilin Tire and Shandong Xingyuan has averaged over 5,000 hours. There is a certain gap between Michelin and Bridgestone, but the lifespan of the relatively skewed giant tire has been greatly extended and the safety has been more assured. It has been recognized by large-scale mines in China. Coupled with the structural shortage of global engineering radial tires, China's engineering radial tire naturally becomes the object of choice and purchase.

The characteristics of the engineering radial tire itself determine that the time of its market boom will be longer. The investment period of the engineering radial tire is long and the amount is huge, especially the technical difficulty of engineering huge tires. These factors determine that it is impossible for the engineering tires to expand large-scale or build new factories in a relatively short period of time.
