Description:
* This plastic PE film granulating machine is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, which is widely used for waste plastic soft PE material, such as clean HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE films, clean PE bags,etc.
* The material go through transmission system, extrusion system, cooling system and collect system will turn to be clean perfect pellets for reuse.
* You can choose double stage or single stage extruder according to the cleaness of your material.
* This plastic PE film granulating machine can be displayed "L" or "U" shape according to clients' workshop. 
* We also provide plastic crushing washing recycling line to get clean dry flakes from dirty waste material.
* This granulating/pelletizing line can be also customized according to your materials and requirements. 

Flowchart: 
Agglomerator(optional)→Conveyor/screw loader→Force feeder device→Pre-plastic extruder(with hydraulic screen changer)→Baby extruder(hydraulic screen changer)→Die(mould)→Water tank--strand(noodle) cutting→air blowing storage silo.

Features:
* Gear box: high-torque design; low- noise; smooth running.
* Special barrel design can assure better compounding effect in order to reduce the problem of black point and chromatism.
* Equipped with a force feeder and hydraulic screen changers according to material's special character, it can get a better capacity and save more power.
* Vacuum or common gas exhaust system, which help getting rid of damp, waste gas, impurity, can ensure a more stable extrusion and more solid pellets.

Working Flow:
---- Belt Conveyor: Feeding PE films or bags into compactor(Metal detector is optional.)
---- Compactor: With multi blades crushing and compulsively compress materials into extruder, ensure high efficient and stable production.
---- Single Screw Extruder: Plasticizing material with high temperature and exhausting hot gas.
---- Hydraulic Screen Exchanger: Filtering impurity
---- Die-Face Cutting Machine: Cutting pellets with high speed rotation.
---- Water Tank: Cooling the pellets with cold water.
---- Dewater Machine: Drying the pellets.
---- Air Blower: Blowing pellets into the silo.
---- Storage Silo: Collecting pellets.
---- Control Cabinet: Control the line on/off (famous brand such as ABB,Schneider,Siemens,Omron,etc.)

Application: 

This line is used to granulate/pelletize Soft plastic PE granules/pellets.


Main Machines:

• Agglomerator - Material is crushed and mixed in the Agglomerator.The agglomerator will cutting and agglomerating raw material and continuously feeding material into the screw.


•Extruder- Crusher material is fully melted in Extruder. You can use one extruder or two extruder for 2 times filtering, use two extruder will do one more time filtering so the output material will be better quality.

• Material separated Die head- Remove air and humidity(design as a material disperser so the material comes out as noddle)


• Screen Changer- Screen Changer keeps from impurities.It is driven by the hydraulic system very fast and non-stop, very convenient for the screen changer.

• Die face(water-ring) cutting or strand (noodle) cutting -accoring to your choice


• Dewatering collecting system-Granules/pellets are discharged after being cut, cooled, dewatered and collected in this system

Packaging & Shipping:
• For the loose cargo we will packing by wooden box• For the full container loading we are packing the machine by film and some on pallet accordingly
• We can shipping the goods by air or by sea
• We will send pictures of cargo loading to our client to check and keep recording
• We can send cargo to client's warehouse to loading
