In order to cooperate with the marketing department to expand the market and make more alloy tubes enter the shipbuilding industry, Hualing Henggang started the DNV GL and the Lloyd's Register of Shipping (Location) (LR) classification society alloy tube certification preparations at the end of last year. Under the careful planning of the Technical Quality Department and the cooperation of other relevant departments of the company, after half a year of hard work, the two major classification society alloy tube approval certificates have been successfully obtained, among which the DNV GL alloy tube certificate is approved: outer diameter ≤712mm, wall thickness ≤120mm, LR alloy tube certificate approval range: outer diameter ≤ 711mm, wall thickness ≤ 120mm.
     DNV GL and LR are very strict, and it is necessary to witness the process of steelmaking, rolling, flaw detection, manual inspection, physical and chemical inspection, etc. on the spot. Therefore, Henggang has specially arranged four specifications for the production of certification tubes. Through the testimony of the above procedures, the two auditors gave high praise to our production capacity, process monitoring (purchasing supply of product warehouse), product traceability, product quality and production coordination.
     The acquisition of the certificate of the alloy pipe of the classification society has improved the comprehensive competitiveness of Hengyang Steel and laid a good foundation for Hengsteel to produce more high-end products.
