Informationization helps Baoji chicken to develop rapidly

As an accelerator and propeller for enterprise development, informatization has enabled Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. Baoji Heli Factory to rejuvenate its vitality. After the implementation of the information technology project in 2001, the plant has promoted the improvement of independent innovation capability of enterprises, and the production and operation continued to develop rapidly. From 2001 to 2005, the main economic indicators such as production and sales, sales revenue and industrial output value of the plant remained above 30%. The average annual growth rate, in 2005, the production and sales of forklifts jumped to 4,000 units for the first time.
In design, all the designers and developers of the plant use 3D software, and a new product can be designed in three months. The CAD design not only shortens the development cycle by 30%, but also reduces the design cost by 20%, and the design quality is effectively improved.
Under the support of information technology, the production planning system of Baoji Heli Forklift Factory was changed from two layers to one floor to realize closed-loop plan management. At present, the plant produces a total of 16 tonnages, 70 models, and 1211 varieties. The informationization has reduced the delivery time of the products by an average of 15 days, the overtime work by 10% to 30%, and the labor productivity by 5% to 15%. The output of the monthly forklift has exceeded 400 units, and personalized orders account for 50% to 60% of the total output.
In financial management, through the implementation of informationization, real-time monitoring of the revenue, expenditure, flow and stock of the funds in the factory has been realized. The procurement cost of the enterprise has been reduced by 5%, and the production reserve funds have decreased by an average of 4 million yuan per year.

PIV Laser

Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) achieved significant development compared with traditional flowing display technology by using a transient, multi-point, non-contact hydrodynamic speed method. PIV overcome the single point measurement limitations of traditional means for that PIV can record a great deal of velocity distribution of different space at the same transient state, also provide customers affluent spatial structure and flowing characteristics about the flow field.
