Display NC program directory

EDIT

Press the PRGRM button; press the "Lib" softkey.

Select a NC program

EDIT or

AUTO

Press the PRGRM key; press → 7 O Type the letter “O”; press the number keys to type in the searched number: XXXX; press the CURSOR down arrow key to start the search.

When found, "OXXXX" is displayed at the program number position in the upper right corner of the screen and the NC program is displayed on the screen.

Back to NC program header

EDIT or

AUTO

Press the PRGRM key; press → 7 O Type the letter “O”; press the CURSOR down arrow key.

Delete a NC program

EDIT

Press the PRGRM key; press → 7 0 to type the letter “O”; press the number keys to type the number of the program to be deleted: XXXX; press the DELET key.

Remove all NC programs

EDIT

Press the PRGRM key; press → 7 0 to type the letter “O”; press the →70 key, type “9999”; press the DELET key.

Search for a specific code

EDIT

Press the PRGRM key; enter the letter or code to be searched; press the CURSOR down arrow key to start searching in the current NC program.

The code can be: a letter or a complete code. For example: "N0010", "M", etc.

MDI input and run program

MDI

Press the PRGRM key to enter the program edit page; press the number/letter key to input the data into the input field, and press the INPUT key to input; after the input is completed, press the OUTPUT START key, and then press the START key to start the operation. Press the RESET key to clear the data.

Edit NC program

EDIT

Press the PRGRM key; move the cursor: Press PAGE DOWN or UP ARROW to scroll, press CURSOR or move the cursor; press NUM/LETCH key to input data into the input field; press CAN to delete data in the input field; delete, insert , Replacement:
Press the DELETE key to delete the code where the cursor is located and press the INSERT key to insert the contents of the input field after the code where the cursor is located.
Press the ALTER key to replace the contents of the input field with the code where the cursor is located.

Manually enter the NC program via the control box operation panel

Enter a NC program from the computer

DNC

Click on the menu "Machine/DNC Transfer..." to select the NC program file; press the PRGRM key; press the number keys to enter the program number "Oxxxx"; press the INPUT key to read in the NC program.

Output NC program to computer

EDIT

Press the PRGRM key; press the OUTPUT START key; enter the file name in the dialog box and press the Save button.
