The PAL-ACID3 mini digital pH meter provides a new choice for lactic acid concentration detection in pickles and lactic acid bacteria beverages. The MASTER-53S hand-held refractometer is the preferred model for milky white samples, which overcomes the difficulty of detecting milky samples and makes detection easier.

PAL-ACID3 mini digital acid meter (lactic acid) is used to measure the concentration of lactic acid in pickles and lactic acid bacteria beverages; the total acidity of the sample is measured and converted to lactic acid.
