It is recommended to take measures from the following three aspects.
Air compressor ventilation requires less than 30 Pa of air duct resistance. If the resistance is too large, the cooling effect will be worse and the temperature of the air compressor will rise. If the air duct is too long due to the limitation of the equipment room, the air duct section must be appropriately increased, and the wind turbine should not be installed on the air duct. Because the general fan is difficult to meet the long-term non-stop operation requirements of the air compressor, once the fan stops due to the failure, it will form a great resistance on the air passage, and eventually cause the air compressor to jump. In addition, in order to reduce the resistance, it is best not to add any filter net to the entrance of the duct, just add a protective net.
The GA160 air compressor has two coolers, one is a compressed air cooler and the other is an oil cooler. The latter is about twice as large as the former because the oil has a higher thermal load than compressed air. The dirt adsorbed on the surface of the cooler is a major factor in reducing the cooling efficiency. Therefore, the dirt on the surface of the cooler must be cleaned regularly. That is, after the power is turned off, the cooling fan is first disassembled, and then alternately brushed with a brush and compressed air. If there is a vacuum cleaner, you can use a vacuum cleaner with a brush and suck it while brushing, the effect is better. When the difference between the compression temperature and the intake air temperature is 60 ° C to 65 ° C or when the cooler surface is covered with dirt by 40%, the cooler must be cleaned. If the air compressor is operated at high temperatures for a long time, there will be serious carbon deposits in the cooler. It is necessary to remove the cooler and clean the internal carbon deposit with a cleaning agent.
Note that the air intake temperature of the air compressor should be controlled above 0 °C to ensure the performance of the lubricant. In winter, the door of the air inlet and outlet of the air compressor can be properly opened to allow some hot air to circulate to ensure the intake air temperature of the air compressor.
The poor lubrication condition is the inherent cause of the high temperature of the air compressor. It will seriously threaten the normal operation of the air compressor, causing the air compressor to jump and shorten the life of the air compressor. The factors affecting the lubrication of air compressors are mainly as follows.
(1) The quality of the lubricant directly affects the lubrication effect. It is best to use special oil. The oil level of the lubricating oil is too low, which will affect the lubrication effect; if the oil level is too high, it will affect the degreasing effect of the oil separator. The oil level should be checked frequently and refueled in time to the middle of the oil level.
(2) As the oil filter is used for a longer period of time, its resistance will increase and the oil pressure of the screw will decrease. When the oil filling pressure reaches 0.3 MPa, the oil filter should be replaced.
(3) Oil filling valve and oil bypass valve are the key items for half year maintenance. In particular, the oil filling valve must be disassembled each time to clean the internal carbon deposits.
The location of the gas tank should be after the air compressor, before the dryer and all filters. The size of the gas storage tank should be such that the air compressor loading and unloading period is more than 5 minutes. The air inlet and exhaust of the air compressor should be connected to the outdoor with the air duct, and the air intake and exhaust should not be short-circuited. At the same time, the total resistance of the air duct should be less than 30Pa. Therefore, the GA160 air compressor has been used in textile mills because of its low price, easy maintenance and stable performance. However, certain auxiliary supporting measures must be taken and used correctly and reasonably to meet the requirements of the textile mill. The disadvantage of the GA160 air compressor is that it consumes more parts and the maintenance cost is higher than that of the oil-free air compressor.
