The cooling of turbomolecular pump with S&A CW-5200AIS water chiller

In order to cool their turbomolecular pump, the water chiller must meet the following conditions: 1KW cooling capacity at a target water temperature of 25°C and an ambient temperature of 25°C, a temperature range from 18°C to 35°C and a water flow rate of 2L/min. As S&A CW-3000AF water chiller cannot satisfy the cooling requirement of HIPACE400turbomolecular pump in terms of temperature range, Teyu sincerely recommends CW-5200AIS water chiller that is the most suitable to them as our responsibility to the customer.
