The principle of the magnetic level gauge The working principle of the magnetic level gauge is the buoyancy principle and the magnetic coupling principle. The magnetic level gauge and the container to be measured are connected to each other to form a communicating device, and the liquid level of the two is the same. A magnetic float is placed in the main conduit of the magnetic level gauge and floats with the liquid level up and down.

There is a magnetic coupling between the magnetic float in the magnetic level gauge and the magnetic body on the display panel, so when the magnetic float floats with the liquid surface, the magnetic body will be turned over. When the liquid level rises, the column will change from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the column will turn from red to white. The position where the two colors join is the actual height of the liquid in the container.

The Use of Magnetic Level Gauges The working principle of the magnetic level gauge determines that its operation requires no energy drive, no contacts, and low long-term operating costs. At the same time, the magnetic level gauge is simple in structure, easy to maintain, and has high stability in operation. Magnetic level gauges can be used with remote transmitters to output switches or analog signals for remote control.
