Diesel generator set basic commissioning steps

The first step is to add water to the tank. Turn off the drain valve first, add clean drinking water or purified water to the position of the tank opening, and cover the tank lid.

Second, add oil. Select CD-40 Great Wall brand diesel engine oil. Oil is divided into summer and winter. Different oils are used in different seasons. Pay attention to the vernier in the process of adding oil, until the oil is added to the vernier scale, fill the oil cover, and do not add too much. Excessive oil can cause engine oil and burning of oil.

The third step, the machine's oil and return to distinguish. In order to ensure that the machine's oil intake is clean, diesel is generally allowed to settle for 72 hours. Do not insert the oil into the bottom of the cylinder so as not to suck dirty oil and block the tubing.

The fourth step, pump diesel, first loosen the nut on the hand pump, holding the handle of the diesel generator hand pump. Pull evenly until the oil enters the oil pump.

The fifth step is to release air. Want to loosen the bleed screw of the high-pressure pump, then hand pressure hand pump, you will see the oil hole and air bubbles overflow in the screw hole, until you see the outflow of all oil. Tighten the screws.

In the sixth step, start the motor. Distinguish the positive and negative poles of the motor from the positive and negative poles of the battery. This is the positive pole and in the tail this is the negative pole. Between the two batteries should be in series, can reach the effect of 24V. Connect the positive pole of the motor first. When connecting to the positive pole, do not allow the terminals to contact other wiring sections. Then connect the negative pole of the motor, be sure to connect firmly, in order to avoid sparking and burning the wiring section.

The seventh step, air switch. Before the machine is not started or the machine does not enter the power transmission state, the switch should be in a separate state. There are four terminals at the lower end of the switch. These three are three-phase live wires, and the Ito generator set is connected to the power line, and the independent side is zero. The line, the neutral line and any one of the fire lines in contact with the power is 220V lighting power, do not use a third of the rated power of the generator.

The eighth step, the meter section. The ammeter, during use, accurately reads the power used. Voltmeter, detects the motor output voltage. Frequency table, frequency table must reach 50Hz, is the basis for detecting the speed. Current and voltage switches to detect motor meter data. The oil pressure gauge detects the running oil pressure of the diesel engine. At full speed, the pressure should not be less than 0.2 atm. The tachometer should have a speed of 1500 rpm. The water temperature meter cannot exceed 95 degrees during use, and the oil temperature cannot exceed 85 degrees.

The ninth step, start. Now operate it again, turn on the ignition switch, press the button, release the Volvo generator set after the vehicle is in motion, run for 30 seconds, and toggle the high and low speed switch.
