The loading device is composed of a vacuum chuck and a cylinder for completing the feeding of the sheet to the cutting carriage of the workbench. The waste discharge device is composed of an asynchronous motor and upper and lower rolls, and the mesh waste is discharged by the friction between the upper and lower rolls and the net waste.
When the punching machine is working, the punching action of the punching machine must be synchronized with the feeding action of the workbench. The system is sent to the control system synchronization signal through the photoelectric switch mounted on the crankshaft of the press to ensure that the punching action of the punching machine and the feeding action of the working table are synchronized.
The automatic punching machine works in the stamping workshop, surrounded by other stamping and welding equipment and driving. The action of these large capacity devices creates a strong noise. At the same time, the work of the system itself will generate strong noise. Analysis of various noise sources and their characteristics acting on the system is the basis for suppressing noise interference.
