According to the principle of fluorescent immunoassay, the immunofluorescence detector can quickly detect the CRP (full-length C-reactive protein) quantitatively to determine the nature of the antigen or antibody and guide clinical use. The detection process is shown in Figure 1.

1.1 Difficulties in Designing Control Panels for Immunofluorescence Detectors Failure of medical device certification, sales of medical devices that are hindered by the detection of smart electronic devices, electrostatic, electromagnetic interference directly affect the sensitivity of the test and the accuracy of test results, causing doctors to misjudge, indirectly affect the patient's personal safety. Therefore, medical devices must pass strict EMC tests before they are marketed. At the beginning of the design of the control board, engineers can simply understand that as long as they are well shielded and well grounded, they can pass electromagnetic compatibility design. In the product certification test, the most basic electrostatic contact discharge 4KV cannot pass.
2. The “flying point†of the touch screen is serious. The Frequently Operated Mistake Detector uses a 5.6-inch four-wire resistive touch screen. During the operation, the “flying point†phenomenon is serious, resulting in frequent misoperation and affecting the user experience. Through the touch screen to draw lines, you can find obvious "burrs" and "waves", as shown in Figure 2.
3. Sporadic power failure and restart failure, resulting in the device can not use the fluorescence detector to shut down directly to take the power off mode, the test process found that in frequent switching operations, the device occasionally fails to start the phenomenon, the analysis found that this phenomenon is power failure After the operating system file system is lost (originally stored in flash). The sporadic phenomenon was replicated to varying degrees in all the early test prototypes and seriously affected product quality.
1.2 Program Recommendations Based on the customer's functional requirements and design difficulties, ZLG Zhiyuan Electronics recommends the use of M3352 Industrial Control Core Board to assist customers in rapid product development. The project block diagram is shown in Figure 3.
1. Electromagnetic Compatibility Anti-Jamming Design Electromagnetic Compatibility The anti-jamming design includes grounding, shielding, filtering, interface circuit protection, PCB layout design, and other aspects. The M3352 core board supporting the open source evaluation board passed the electromagnetic compatibility industry level 4 test. Such as air discharge ± 15KV test, contact discharge ± 8KV test, lightning (surge) immunity 2KV capacitive coupling and gas discharge tube coupling (1 time / minute) test.
2. Touch Screen Hardware Filtering with Software Driver to Remove "Flying Points"
Four-wire resistive touch screen interface circuit shown in Figure 4, in order to prevent the touch screen from interference and there is a large identification error, adding a low-pass filter circuit; need to pay attention to the capacitor C78 ~ C81 selection, the capacitance can not exceed 0.01μF, otherwise the touch screen reflects Insensitive or unable to identify properly, the recommended value is 1nF.
In addition to hardware filtering, the touch screen driver needs to increase the elimination of "flying point" algorithm processing. The final touch screen implementation effect is shown in FIG. 5, and the drawing line is very smooth.
3. After 100,000 flash power-off tests, a reliable file system device cannot be started after a power failure and restart. Mostly, the file system is damaged due to unexpected power failure or the file system is lost. A file system is a method and data structure that an operating system uses to identify files on a disk or partition, that is, a method of organizing files on a disk.
Common file system exceptions:
Loss of power to the file system is lost, the system fails to start, and important record data is lost;
The file system is damaged, the storage data is in disorder, and important files cannot be opened for reading.
