Therefore, provinces with different advantages in energy should actively unite and take the form of sharing. The provinces with abundant thermal power and hydropower resources are responsible for the regulation and control of wind power generation projects above the national scale, so as to effectively reduce the problem of redundant construction of energy projects.

At present, the United States is working hard to break through the federal system's limitations and build a high-voltage power grid across the state to make full use of different regional wind power output characteristics and share peaking power. This puts high demands on the power grid and the overall solution still needs to be led by the country for research and resolution.

Difficulty in accessing the Internet is the most important issue facing China's wind power companies. The fundamental reason lies in the instability of wind energy and the difficulty of adjustment. Although technological breakthroughs are inescapable, how to quickly catch up with the advanced level in Europe and the United States, we still need to learn from the advanced experience of Europe and the United States - enterprise cooperation.
