The Harbin Municipal Public Security Bureau has detained Rui Sunhuan, manager of the Harbin Green-Ring Vehicle Energy-saving Clean Fuel Factory, and a director of the inferior fuel production plant, and sealed the plant. Harbin Municipal Bureau of Commerce has seized 6 petrol stations' "Reserve of Oil Refined Goods", issued notices to suspend business rectification, and urged them to make related claims. At the same time, the unsold low-quality fuel was returned to the factory and the storage tank was cleaned. The Harbin Municipal Administration of Industry and Commerce temporarily detained business licenses for six gas stations and conducted investigations. Harbin Technical Supervision Bureau carried out law enforcement inspections on the Harbin Green Ring Vehicle Energy-saving and Clean Fuel Factory, and closed production raw materials and production equipment according to law. The Harbin City Bureau of Justice designated 12 law firms to provide legal consulting services for the compensation of damaged car owners. Harbin Consumer Association has accepted more than 60 complaints from damaged owners and is coordinating relevant claims.
