In order to implement the national energy-saving and emission-reduction strategy, we will improve the technical level of China's internal combustion engine emission control as soon as possible, better plan the European and European VI technical route for heavy-duty commercial vehicle diesel engines, guide the development of industry technologies, and fulfill social responsibilities, the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers Auto Engine Branch and the State. The Commercial Vehicle Powertrain Assembly Engineering Technology Research Center co-sponsored the "Europe VI Technical Seminar for Diesel Engines for Heavy Commercial Vehicles" in Hangzhou on September 17, 2010. Invited to participate in the meeting are the China Automotive Technology and Research Center and the domestic vehicle R & D institutions and automotive companies, Tsinghua University, Tongji and other 7 well-known domestic universities and research institutes of experts, professors, Southwestern United States, Britain Ricardo and other multinational companies The technical experts of the European Automobile Association and nearly 100 people from major domestic heavy diesel vehicle manufacturers and key component manufacturers participated in the conference.
The delegates listened to technical experts from exhaust gas reprocessing related companies, and made special lectures on the development of advanced technologies and new product developments in response to emission regulations at home and abroad. They focused on the discussion of China's diesel engine Euro VI technology for heavy-duty commercial vehicles; Combining China's national conditions, heated discussions and consensus were reached on the policy environment, oil quality, vehicle configuration, cost-effectiveness, and technical difficulties involved in heavy-duty commercial vehicle diesel engine Euro VI standards.
In order to meet the strict Euro VI emission requirements in the future, diesel engines for heavy-duty commercial vehicles are required to use both diesel engine internal and external purification technologies. The balance between internal and external purification must be well balanced, focusing on emissions, fuel economy, Power and cost. It is recommended that relevant national departments accelerate the research work on relevant emission standards, strengthen the planning and construction of the infrastructure related to emissions, and increase the support for the technical development and industrialization of engines and key components, and use the vehicles of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. The engine branch and the national commercial vehicle powertrain assembly engineering technology research center platform, relevant research institutes and enterprises within the United Nations have strengthened the R&D cooperation and project research of the European VI heavy-duty commercial vehicle diesel engine, strengthened the simultaneous development of parts and components, and improved the emission of diesel engines for heavy-duty commercial vehicles in China. The independent innovation ability of control technology has made forward-looking research work for China to implement the sixth-phase emission standards.
