3 After the pull arm garbage truck is placed, adjust the position of the movable pull arm hook and the box body hook to release the hook, push the pull arm operation handle to the falling position, pull the arm cylinder to retract, and move the pull arm around the flip frame The hinge shaft rotates, and the movable pull arm is put back on the attached frame, and the power take-off trash can is placed and the whole vehicle can be transported.
2, pull up the garbage truck bin steps
1 Push the locking hook operating handle to the retracted position, the locking cylinder retracts, the locking bracket is retracted and the tilting frame and the attached frame are locked and fixed;
2 Pull the operating handle of the pull arm to the extended position, the pull arm cylinder extends, the movable pull arm rotates around the front hinge shaft of the flip frame, the pull arm is in the hook box position, and the height of the pull arm hook is properly adjusted and hooked with the box body alignment;
3 When the hook is hooked to the hook of the box body, continue to push the lower arm operation handle to the falling position, so that the garbage box body continues to get on the car;
4 When the garbage can body is placed on the attached frame, release the pull arm operation handle to return it to the neutral position, then pull the locking hook operation handle up to the locking position, and lock the cylinder to extend to make the lock The tensioner is turned upside down and the tilting frame is locked and fixed with the garbage box body, and the handle is released to return it to the neutral position; The loading work of the garbage box body is completed, the power take-off device is released, and the entire vehicle can be transported and driven.
1. It is forbidden for unread instructions to operate lifting operations.
2. The operation should observe the site in detail. There should be any obstacles within the radius of motion of the swing arm.
3. No one should enter the swing arm's movement radius when lifting.
4. When the vehicle is parked on a slope greater than 12%, it must be stopped with a pad.
5. The pressure adjustment of the hydraulic system is strictly prohibited to exceed the value specified in the instruction manual. After the system is overhauled, the experienced person can adjust the load on the hydraulic test bench before loading.
6. Unloading can only be performed when the outriggers confirm that they are supporting the vehicle. Otherwise, unpredictable danger will occur!
7. The operating procedures must be strictly observed. If abnormal movements of the mechanism are discovered during the operation, the work should be stopped immediately, the cause must be promptly identified, and the trouble must be eliminated before continuing the work.
8. Observe whether the job site meets the requirements before the job.
9. Tighten the parking brake after parking, and use the hand throttle to control the speed of the oil pump.
10. Assemble the support leg cylinder on the ground first, and confirm that the swing arm can be operated for lifting and dumping operations.
11. If the hopper is transported after the operation is completed, the following procedures shall be confirmed:
