Up to 54000 mm, cylinder wall thickness of 100 mm, total weight of 1376 tons; Φ6500 high temperature and pressure fly ash filter diameter of 6525 mm, length of 20700 mm, total weight of 325 tons. This is currently China's largest and heaviest gasifier and high temperature and high pressure fly ash filter. Changsha Weizhong Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. manufactured an overall multi-layer clamped DN1400 urea synthesis tower, and also manufactured a DN4400mm 09MnNiDR methanol scrubber for Datang International Duolun's annual production of 460,000 tons of coal-based olefins; Hunan Xiangdong Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. designed and manufactured a 200,000 tons/year key equipment for coal gasification Φ5450 high temperature and high pressure fly ash filter; on June 27, 2009, Sichuan Chuanrun Co., Ltd. produced a 2.25Cr1Mo steel methanation furnace import and export Heat exchangers, which are the first major heat exchange equipment for large-scale ammonia plants manufactured using domestic high-temperature, hydrogen-resistant materials, replace imports.
These large-scale chemical equipment not only use domestically produced materials, but also reduce production costs, and the products are also exported to foreign countries. As of April this year, China's No. 1 Heavy Machinery Group developed and produced six large-scale hot-wall hydrogenation reactors for forge welding structures exported to India. This is China's first bulk export hydrogenation reactor worth 1.4 billion yuan. This indicates that our country's manufacturing strength in this field has reached the international advanced level and is fully equipped with bulk export forging welding hydrogenation reactors.

Subsequently, the state formulated and implemented a series of preferential policies such as taxation, and a group of domestic chemical equipment manufacturing companies came to the fore.
