It was learned from the Institute of Water-saving Irrigation New Technology of Wulanhaote City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, that the second-generation self-propelled multi-function sprinkler developed jointly by the institute and Xing'anling Tractor Co., Ltd. of Wulanhaote City was successfully developed.
At the equipment demonstration site, the sprinkler has the characteristics of simple operation, low price, fuel saving, water saving and high efficiency. It is suitable for plains, hills, slopes, pastures, gardens, greening, watering, etc. In operation, it takes the water source as the center, controls the water transport diameter to be 1000 meters, and the machinery advances and retreats freely. The spring ridges are used for micro-spraying 2 tons of water per mu, and the fuel consumption is 0.1 kilograms. The single machine can spray 6 acres per hour. The farmland sprinkler irrigation uses 6 tons of water per mu and can spray 3.5 acres per hour.
