On the morning of the 15th, Liu Qichen went to Yingxiu Town in the disaster-stricken area of ​​mudslides. He climbed over a dozen meters of dammed body and inquired about the construction plan.

On the afternoon of the 16th, Liu Qichen went to Yingxiu to enter the town and inspected some houses that were hit by floods. He asked local officials to organize personnel to clear the silt and do a good job of disinfection and epidemic prevention.

On the morning of the 17th, Liu Qixi rushed to Qingping Township to check on the status of water flow and congestion. Afterwards, they rushed to Yingxiu Town to study ways to divert water back to the river and allow Yingxiu Town to avoid the next flood.
