YWC Series Oily Water Treatment MachineApplication 1:
YWC series oily water treatment machine (also known as 15ppm marine oil-water separator or 15ppm bilge water separator) is an environmental protection equipment which is developed as per the standards of IMO MEPC 107(49), i.e. the oil content in effluent water shall be less than or equal to 15ppm. This machine is a high-tech equipment for marine environmental protection, and able to effectively process the bilge water containing various fuel oil, high-density residual oil, and the marine emulsified liquid mixture consists of ferric oxide and surfactant. Its treatment flow rate ranges from 0.25m3 to 5m3. There are nine models, and the smallest model YWC-0.25 can be suited to marine ships with displacement less than 1000T while the biggest model YWC-5.00 can be suited to large marine ships with displacement more than 300,000T.
Application 2:
It is applied in sewage treatment for ports, wharf, industrial and mining enterprises, such as fine filtration to large amount oilfield reinjection water, filtration and advanced treatment to circulating cooling water for power plant and petrochemical plant, advanced treatment for oil refinery and sewage treatment plant, filtration treatment to water supply and drainage system for metallurgy and coal industry, and other oily water treatment industries request large amount of water and high precision filtration. And its discharge is completely in conformity with related requirements of national environmental protection agencies.
Advantages:
 It is only used to separate oil and water mixture, purify water and remove impurities, without affecting the composition and performance of oil and water. The machine combines fast filtration, high efficiency oil and water separation, oil coalescing, water purification and back washing technology. It is easily operated and reliable.
 With fast and efficient oil-water separation. Uses corrosion resistant, high temperature resisting stainless steel diffuser of porous structure and small oil droplets coalescer of corrugated structure of excellent mechanical strength to separate oil and water fast and efficiently.
 Its water purification system is with working principle of 4 stages treatment (first stage is by level of inclined plate and coalescence of gravity separation, second by fiber filter, third by closure type fiber filter separation, and last by ultrafiltration membrane separation.) to deeply accomplish the advanced oil and water separation process. Then the purified water reaches its effluent standard.
 Its water purification system is equipped with a back washing device which shall be used for cleaning the hydrophilic and oleophobic filter material in time, so as to ensure the fibre filter's using effects and to prolong its service life.
 This machine is equipped with thorough protection devices, and its executive components provides protection for equipment's pressure, power cut, supervoltage and undervoltage, thus to ensure normal operation of the machine and to avoid accidents.
 It is highly automatic and labour saving. It adopts advanced moisture transducer to control the drainage of the oily water separator. When the water level reaches a preset height after oil and water is separated, its water pump starts automatically to drain out the water into its water purification system to process the water purification.
