Pump:

    RCDL / RCDLF is a non-self-priming vertical multistage centrifugal pump equipped with a standard motor . The motor shaft is connected with the pump shaft through a pump head coupling. The pull rod bolt fixes the pressure cylinder and the overcurrent unit to the pump head and the water inlet and outlet sections Between the pump inlet and outlet in the same line. The pump can be configured according to the needs of intelligent protection device, the pump dry, lack of phase, overload and other effective protection.

Motor:

★ motor is fully enclosed, air-cooled two-pole standard motor.

★ protection level: IP55

Minimum inlet pressure NPSH:

    Cavitation may occur if the pump pressure is lower than the vapor pressure of the delivered liquid. To avoid cavitation, ensure that there is a minimum pressure on the pump inlet side. The maximum suction H [m] can be calculated as follows:

H = P b × 10.2-NPSH-H f -H v -H s

Where: P b = barometric pressure (barometric pressure settable to 1 bar), P b = system positive pressure in bar in the closed system NPSH = net positive tip [m] (available from NPSH curve On the pump possible to read the maximum flow). Conduit entrance loss H f = [m]. H v = steam pressure [m]. = H s = minimum safety margin 0.5m head. If the calculated H is positive, the pump can be operated at maximum suction. If the calculated H is negative, there must be a minimum inlet pressure H head.

Parallel operation:

    It may be more advantageous to replace multiple pumps in parallel with more than one pump
