1, changes in conditions

2, the inner wall adhesion layer

Because electromagnetic flowmeters measure more time than other flow meters when they contain suspended solids or contaminated bodies, the probability of obstructing the inner wall adhesion layer is relatively high. If the adhesion layer conductivity is similar to the liquid conductivity, the meter can still output signals normally, just change the smooth area and form a hidden impediment to the measurement deviation; if the high conductivity adhesion layer, the electromotive force between the electrodes will be short-circuited; if the insulating adhesion layer The electrode appearance is insulated and the measurement circuit is disconnected. 3, lightning strike

Lightning strikes feel transient high voltages and surge currents on the line, and entering the meter can damage the meter. There are three ways to introduce a lightning damage meter: the power line, the sensor's flow signal line and the excitation line between the converters. However, from the point of view of the destruction of parts and components caused by lightning, the high voltage and inrush currents that are hindered are largely introduced from the control room power lines. The other two approaches are less.
