Main roll forming machine
1. Forming stations  : 15 stations
2. Material of roller  : 45# steel heat treatment HRC50 and surface is being hard chrome;
3. Shaft : Dia 80mm, high frequency surface treatment and grinding process;the material is 45#steel.
4. Horsepower  : 7.5KW (The motor is used to drive the hydraulic pump ,which enables the hydraulic   oil to drive the hydraulic motor and then drives the main machine.)

8. Cutting:
  (1) Flat-sheet cutting: It is used when changing the coil of raw material; it
     can cut the coil rapidly and time- saving.
  (2) Cutting after forming: Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length
  (3) Cutting motion: The main machine automatically stops and the cutting
     will take place. After the cutting, the main machine will automatically start.
  (4) Material of blade: Cr12; heat treatment HRC59~61
  (5) Length measuring: Automatic length measuring
  (6) Tolerance of length: +/- 1.5mm

   which is lightly pressed on the surface of the steel sheet; the tolling will roll
   with the moving speed of the steel sheet and then sense to measure its length.
(3) Automatic quantity measurement
(4) PLC is used to control length & quantity. Machine will automatically
   cut to length and stop when required quantity is achieved
(5) 99 kinds of dimensions can be set in one order at the same time,
   continuously production and nine orders can be keyed-in at a time.
(6) The total length of the order is automatically counted; when the
   material's supply is enough, the material will automatically stop entering the machine which is the    convenient device for orders (with different material) to change the material.
(7) Length inaccuracy can be amended easily.

Not exactly.For wider and double layer making machine. It can produce more than 6 kinds of panels.
