Metallic minerals mainly include chalcopyrite, followed by porphyrite, malachite and a small amount of molybdenite , copper blue, azurite, and cuprite. The gangue minerals are mainly dolomite and carbonized dolomite, followed by quartz , calcite and feldspar .
Copper minerals are mainly produced in dolomite and carbonized dolomite. The copper sulfide minerals are mainly composed of massive, speckled and scattered spots. The oxidized minerals are powdery and film-like. The mass of chalcopyrite is 0.03. Mm~0.2mm.
The ore has a medium hardness of 2.85 t/m 3 , a loose density of 1.65 t/m 3 and an angle of repose of 31 to 38°. The ore contains 0.7~1.0% copper, the oxidation rate is less than 10%, and the bonding rate is 2~3%.
(2) Process flow: the crushing ore is a three-stage open-circuit process, and the final crushing particle size is greater than 18mm and no more than 10%. Grinding is two continuous grinding. The first stage grinding concentration is 75~80%, the overflow concentration is 44~50%, and the returning sand circulation load rate is C=100%. The second stage grinding concentration is 70~75%, the overflow concentration is 23~26%, and the returning sand circulation load rate is C=200%.
The process flow is shown in the above figure. The size and proportion of the steel balls added to each section of the grinding machine are shown in the table below.
The concentration of the concentrate is 10~15%, the concentration of grit is more than 60%, the solid content of the overflow water is less than 0.05g/L, the water content of the filter cake is less than 20%, and less than 14% after drying.

The concentrator has the following characteristics:
1) Three-section open-cut crushing ore In order to ensure that the final crushed ore size is greater than 18mm and not more than 10%, the fine crusher umbrella plate is processed in production to ensure that the discharge port is 5~8mm.
2) Since 1980, the plant has controlled the dosage according to the change of minerals in the ore, especially the dosage of the collector Dinghuang, strictly controlling the selected concentration and scraping amount, so that the copper concentrate grade is large. The increase was from 18.85% in 1979 to 24.93% in 1982.
3) In 1983, the original stage grinding stage selection process was changed to the stage grinding centralized selection process, which improved the fineness of the selected materials, and eliminated the intermediate flotation of the first two tanks. The concentrates all entered the selection, not only Conducive to the improvement of concentrate grade, while reducing the wear and tear of the flotation machine components, saving about 100,000 yuan per year.
4) The corrugated liner of the grinding machine is changed to a large lining, which increases the service life of the lining by more than 57%.
5) The ore dressing plant has achieved automatic control in ball mill feeding, grinding grading, pH control, etc. Currently, a computer optimization control of grinding grade is being tested.
